Well, June 16 is the day -- closing! Toady was a wet and rainy day so I decided to go to a quick drive to check everything out. There have been some pretty significant updates to the house.
- Most light fixtures/switches have been installed.
- Water heater is installed.
- Grade of back and side yards has been improved.
- Base for driveway and sidewalks has been poured.
- Plumbing is mostly completed.
- Kitchen countertops installed.
